We were contracted in 2017 by the Pueblo of Santa Clara to do a facility assessment on the current administration building. Upon completion of the assessment, it was determined the construction of a new Administration Building would be high beneficial to the Pueblo. The community would be greatly served to bring all the Pueblo administration services together under one roof in a new code compliant building that was structurally sound. The existing building was deficient in both areas.
