Randall’s recent experience as a Payroll Administrator and as a Human Resource and Payroll Manager has equipped him with robust skills in handling payroll for large teams, overseeing 401K benefit plans, and navigating employee relations with precision. In addition to his strong payroll management background, Randall is an expert in QuickBooks, Foundation, and Paychex software, which he uses to streamline financial processes and ensure accuracy in invoicing, account reconciliation, and reporting.
His extensive experience in office management, particularly in his role as an Office Manager and Controller, has cultivated his leadership skills, allowing him to effectively manage administrative staff and coordinate office operations.
