The very important project came across our desks in November of 2020. Trying to design through the COVID-19 pandemic became very challenging and several versions were worked on prior to settling on the final iteration. Fighting the rising construction costs kept us constantly on our toes. This project went round and round wood? steel? metal building? hybrid? We designed a version of each, and we finally landed on a mostly wood hybrid design. This was a challenging project with very satisfying results.
