Indian Pueblo Cultural Center Security Annex
Indian Pueblo Cultural Center Security Annex
The 19 Pueblos Owned Indian Pueblos Marketing Inc. a branch of the main organization.
the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center approached buffalo design to plan and design a
much-needed facility. This facility would ease some overcrowding and provide onsite facilities for two departments of the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, Property
Development and Public Safety. Ongoing development of the 66 acres adjacent the
existing IPCC Property steered this project. A 2,430 square feet building was developed to fit within a compact slice of property centrally located in the heart of the overall development. The buildings footprint was getting large and the need for overall view of the development push up a second story to the compact footprint. The modern Puebloan building houses open offices for security personnel, IT room for service of entire 66-acre development, break room, a high-tech (command) monitoring center and a small holding area for emergency situations on the first floor. The second floor has a conference room with coffee bar and offices for the Property Development Director and staff. The conference rooms. also opens to the perimeter balcony for views in each of the four directions.
