David Kindel brings over 22 years of expertise in the architecture and construction industry, with 16 of those years dedicated to sustainable design and construction. As a seasoned Project Manager, David has an impressive track record that includes spearheading the first LEED Platinum-certified bank in Florida and managing award-winning projects in the Cayman Islands. His extensive experience encompasses overseeing construction phases under LEED V4 and V4.1 standards, ensuring strict adherence to environmental and sustainability benchmarks.

David excels in facilitating project teams, coordinating seamlessly with design and construction professionals, and working closely with GBCI reviewers to manage construction waste and ensure indoor air quality compliance. A proud graduate of the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture, David’s commitment to sustainable and innovative design continues to leave a lasting impact.
